Surrendering a pet can be a difficult and emotional decision. Here at Paws Darwin, we’re able to offer a chance at finding a new home for your pet, as well as provide support and assistance before choosing to surrender.
We encourage you to connect with our training team. Our trainers are passionate about dogs, and will work with you and your pet to help with behavioural issues you may be experiencing.
If you are experiencing hardship, we offer assistance with medical care through our Paws Vet Clinic, or emergency boarding for DV situations.
You can begin the surrender process by completing one of the forms below. To increase the chances of your pet of being rehomed through us, please ensure they’re desexed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations.
All pets surrendered to us must undergo a general health check by our experienced Paws Vet team. If your pet has any medical documentation, please attach a copy to your surrender form or email it to our Vet Clinic via pawsdarwinvet@gmail.com.
We believe there is no time limit to rehoming, and we’ll care for all of our animals until they can find their furever homes.
